Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Time Frame for Returns
Once your return is approved, you must send the item back to us within 5 days of receiving our return confirmation. Any returns received after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to transit)

  • Custom or personalized products

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.
